- 300 g Pizza Dough
- 6 Cherry Tomatoes
- tbs Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 50 g Parmesan Cheese
- to taste Origan
- to taste Dry Garlic
- 20 g Butter
If you use an iron or metal pan, lightly grease it and start rolling out the dough. If you use the paper one, you won't need to grease it.
Cut the six cherry tomatoes in half. Put the soft butter in a bowl and add a pinch of salt, the teaspoon of oil, garlic and oregano mix well and brush the focaccia.
Cover with the grated Parmesan and the basil leaves. Bake the Pizzetta at 200 °C for 20 minutes.
