Put the seeds and the soaking water and half of the rest of the water in the blender. Before blending, remove the spices, in the case of cinnamon some blend it with the seeds but you choose whether to remove it or not.
700 ml Water
Run the blender and blend for 5-7 minutes at medium and then high speed.
With a colander and perhaps with the help of a muslin cloth or a stamina filter everything, squeezing the cloth well or with the help of the back of a spoon if you only use a colander.
Add the rest of the water and the sugar of your choice (cane, agave or condensed milk). Mix well, bottle it and chill it in the fridge.
3 Tbsp Sugar Cane, 3 g Salt, 700 ml Water
To ensure that it is at its best, it would be better to leave it in the fridge to rest for one night, but it is also good eaten immediately with ice.
It can be kept in the fridge for a maximum of 3-4 days, after which it will begin to ferment.
