How To Make Almond Milk

Healthy freshly prepared almond milk, ideal for making hot and cold drinks, cocktails and other preparations.

Equipment

  • Mixer
  • Straw
  • Fine Strainer

Ingredients

  • 350 g Almonds peeled
  • 5 Cup Water

For Strawberry Smoothie

  • 4 Tbsp Agave Syrup or other sweetener optional
  • 150 g Strawberries or other fruit optional
  • Strawberries to decorate optional

Instructions

  • Put the almonds in cold water for at least 12 hours.
    350 g Almonds, 5 Cup Water

After 12 Hours...

  • Put the almonds in a blender along with the water and blend until the almonds are completely pulverized.
  • At this point you can filter everything by squeezing the pulp well, using a cloth, a cloth to filter the broth or a stamina. Or leave the pulp of the almonds.

For Strawberry Smoothie

  • Remove the green part of the strawberries, wash them and blend them with the almond milk.
    150 g Strawberries
  • Sugar the strawberry milk with agave syrup to taste and decorate with a strawberry and serve with ice cubes and a straw.

Notes

To sweeten almond milk, you can use different sweeteners. You can use different fruit, even the most acidic ones, which usually do not combine with cow's milk to make smoothies.
