After preparing the pizzas, a small ball of pasta was left over so we prepared a White Pizza Cheese and Cherry Tomatoes. A soft white pizza came out with the juicy tomatoes, made even more delicious by adding a little garlic, butter and parmesan cheese. To cook it we used a baking sheet of baking paper, which turned out to be really convenient, you can find it in all supermarkets. And cooking was also perfect!
In addition to Neapolitan pizza, pizzas in general are a very popular and loved preparation. The white pizza or white focaccia crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside are among my favorites, and if they are full of excellent oil is the end of the world…and also of the line given the calories! White Pizza Cheese and Cherry Tomatoes
- 300 g Pizza Dough
- 6 Cherry Tomatoes
- tbs Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 50 g Parmesan Cheese
- to taste Origan
- to taste Dry Garlic
- 20 g Butter
- If you use an iron or metal pan, lightly grease it and start rolling out the dough. If you use the paper one, you won't need to grease it.
- Cut the six cherry tomatoes in half. Put the soft butter in a bowl and add a pinch of salt, the teaspoon of oil, garlic and oregano mix well and brush the focaccia.
- Cover with the grated Parmesan and the basil leaves. Bake the Pizzetta at 200 °C for 20 minutes.
