Sour Sensation can be defined as an energetic cocktail. Based on strawberries and fresh yogurt and apple juice, it is certainly an atypical cocktail, very different from the idea of cocktails that we all have because is basically a Strawberry and Apple Smoothie. But the fact that it’s shaken automatically makes it a cocktail.

Sour cocktails are named after the fact that inside there is always an acid ingredient that gives this characteristic to the taste. In this case this characteristic is due to the acidity of the yogurt.

A tasty idea could be to prepare the apple and strawberry smoothie and pour it into the popsicle molds, putting the apple and the strawberries into pieces, or freeze it in cubes and then blend it to obtain a creamy ice cream. Strawberry And Apple Smoothie

With a fresh and delicious taste, rich in fruit and yogurt, it is ideal for a summer snack.

  • Mixer
  • Tall Tumbler Glass
  • Boston Shaker


  • 125 g Greek Yogurt low-fat
  • 94 g Strawberries
  • 94 ml Apple Juice


  • ¼ Apple green


  • Blend the strawberries and cut 4 thin slices of apple for the garnish. Put ice in the glass to cool it.
    94 g Strawberries, ¼ Apple
  • Take a Boston shaker, in the metal part put the ice and in the glass part put all the ingredients. Before closing the shaker, drain any water from the steel cups.
    125 g Greek Yogurt, 94 g Strawberries, 94 ml Apple Juice
  • Shake vigorously and filter the cocktail into the glass and garnish with the apple slices.
