How to Make Ice Creams Raspberry Soda
Cocktails with ice cream fall into the category of eats and drinks, they are a real treat to indulge in for an afternoon snack, or as a dessert after dinner. They are easy and quick to prepare and can be alcoholic or not. The eat-and-drink, satisfying and refreshing, are perfect for summer days. The Raspberry Soda is made with raspberries, vanilla ice cream and tonic water.

It’s a recipe that intrigued me for a long time, just because tonic water is used. It turned out to be great! Raspberries and tonic water soften the sweetness of vanilla ice cream, making it very pleasant and refreshing. After the first cup, you immediately wanted to eat a second cup and maybe a third one. To make it even more delicious you could prepare some raspberry syrup to pour on the ice cream!
